CTM
Missionary Training Center (CTM), central to IPManaus’s church planting strategy, is a two-year program located near Manaus. It trains passionate river leaders to plant churches throughout the Amazon, combining biblical, theological, missiological, and practical disciplines such as mechanics, finance, maintenance, and horticulture.
CTM accommodates single men, women, and families, with classes from Tuesday to Friday and weekend ministries in local congregations. Students participate in daily devotions, intercession, and communal Bible readings, fostering spiritual growth and unity. Practical learning includes vegetable cultivation, native bee-keeping, and acts of love through grounds maintenance.
In 2025, CTM plans to expand into chicken farming for egg production.
Each year, students undertake a 30-day mission in an Amazonian community, applying their knowledge under the
guidance of seasoned missionaries. With the vision of training 100 missionaries and planting 100 churches, CTM is shaping leaders to transform the Amazon region.
